Regent Place is a pretty 2 bedroom colonies apartment sleeping up to 4 guests, situated just off London Road. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the east end of the Royal Mile or 20 minutes walk from the east end of Princes Street. The area offers a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants and Holyrood park is on your doorstep. For guests wishing to travel further afield, there are very good bus links available from London Road. The space the property and is accessed through a private garden with a bench where guests can relax in the summer months. A small bright hallway leads you through to a pretty living dining room on your right. The room is simply furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (for flexibility of sleeping arrangements) and two pretty arm chairs arranged around an attractive fireplace. A small dining table provides seating for 4 people and there is a TV and free wifi for the use of visitors. A door from the living room leads through to a small internal kitchen which is well equipped with a gas hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster and there is plenty of glass, china, cutlery and cookware provided for guests wishing to prepare food in the apartment. A Victorian-style airer provides drying space. The main bedroom is furnished with a pretty double bed, bedside table and lamp, there is a small bench under the window overlooking a garden area a long mirror and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has adult sized bunk beds and a long mirror and wardrobe. A shower room with drencher, toilet and wash hand basin completes the accommodation.
