The living room is friendly and comfortable with a sofa and armchairs arranged in front of the large tuffeau fireplace. The first basket of wood is free in winter. TV and DVD player at your disposal. Dining room/kitchen with full cooking equipment. Bedroom on the ground floor (160 x 200 bed) and upstairs, access by an interior staircase (2 80 x 200 beds that can be joined for a large 160 x 200 bed) with a shower and toilet for each bedroom. BBQ and evenings in the shade of the beautiful tree in front of the house, a Mulberry plane tree. But also in winter, delicious evenings by a good fire, you can grill chestnuts, or dine by candlelight! Warm atmosphere guaranteed! Guest access The large heated pool (12.5 x 5.5) is salt treated. It is shared with the Cottage du Figuier (2 people only) and very little with the owners, we are discreet... Comfortable deckchairs are available around the pool. The pool is never overcrowded, everyone respecting the calm atmosphere of the place. You will have access to the western park (about 7 hectares) and the pond (it is not very large but we have put a boat in it and there are fish!)
