The space This two-story single-family home with a private garden is a very pleasant place for families with children who like the tranquility of the mountain and outdoor sports. It is located within the small town of Guils, in the Valley of La Cerdanya, very close to different ski resorts, Spanish, French and Andorran. And a few minutes away from the Guils-Fontanera cross country ski resort. It is accessed from Calle Muntanya by the garage, on the lower floor, or by the garden entering directly on the ground floor where the fully equipped kitchen is located, the living room with fireplace and a suite room with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. Going up some stairs, you access the first and last floor where there are 3 more rooms. A suite with two single beds and a full bathroom with bidet and shower, a room with four beds arranged in two bunk beds that share a bathroom, with bidet and bathtub, with another room that has two single beds. All rooms have large closets and shelves to store clothes and different furnishings. Guest access Full kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and microwave. Equipped with single heating in each bedroom and fireplace in living room. Baby crib and highchair are provided. Two garage spaces and the private garden with furniture. Housekeeping during the stay, if notified in time, at the guest's expense. Firewood is not provided for the fireplace. It can be purchased at gas stations and Carrefour supermarket.
