Quiet location on the outskirts of the village near Beziers, between the sea and nature reserve. All rooms on one level. Wi-Fi, satellite TV. Air conditioning in every room individually adjustable. The bedrooms are on both sides of the living room. Right next to each is a bathroom with shower + toilet + separate toilet. Open kitchen. Dining table for 6 people. Beautiful, enclosed garden with terrace, barbecue and 7 m long pool, with pool alarm, heated for a fee. Garden furniture, washing machine and dryer available. The space There is plenty of space for 6 people. Of course, the garden with the great pool, which does not have to be shared with anyone and is almost unobstructed, is particularly impressive. Pool heating available since 2020 (for a fee) Guest access The house, garden and pool are only available to you as our house guests and do not have to be shared with anyone. Other things to note My house is located in a quiet French medieval village. Loud parties are therefore not allowed. The sea is about 40 minutes away, the nature reserve with great cycling routes, hiking trails and canoe tours about 15 minutes away. All major shops and 4 good restaurants in the village or within a radius of 5 km.
