The space 32 m2 studio, located on the 2nd floor of a residence. It consists of an entrance, bathroom, separate toilet, small kitchen and living room with sleeping area. The kitchen is equipped: washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave and ceramic hob, steamer. The living room: 1 new 140 cm eco-mattress (July 2024) in the sleeping area and 1 140 cm sofa bed, 1 TV, CD and DVD player, 1 FM radio, armchair, and dining area for 4 people Bathroom (renovated in 2021): shower and vanity on a chest of drawers, hair dryer. The residence is 300 m from the thermal baths. On the ground floor of the building is a grocery store open all year round and very busy and the tourist office which will give you all the information on hikes and visits to do in the area. 5 km away you can ski in Guzet in season and during the school holidays a bus picks you up at the foot of the building to take you to the station, no need to move your vehicle. The mountain is rich and beautiful, the rivers are full of fish, hikers and fishermen will have a pleasant stay.
