We provide fresh breakfast items for you to prepare - homemade bread, fresh milk, ground coffee, tea, free range eggs, tomatoes, muesli and condiments. The space Studio Southport is a private wing of our very special oceanfront home overlooking the Onkaparinga River mouth at Port Noarlunga South. The entire property has recently been renovated and boasts contemporary industrial design, recycled timber and Asian-inspired features. Port Noarlunga is a beachside suburb south of Adelaide. It is 10 minutes drive away from McLaren Vale and neighbours Moana, Christies Beach, and Seaford. It has easy access - 40 minutes - to Adelaide via both road and rail and is 25 minutes from Glenelg. As such is a convenient location to explore from - so why not stay a bit longer! Beach towels, picnic basket, blanket, fold-up chairs, snorkeling gear available for use - just ask us! Guest access You will have access to a spacious studio suite complete with king size bed, seperate walk through wardrobe/storage area, bathroom, well equipped kitchenette, ocean facing breakfast bar, TV and fireplace. We have an Alchemy Level 1 EV Charger installed in the property - this is operated by credit card and charging rates apply paid to Alchemy Charge. We strongly support local business and have partnerships with wineries, restaurants and tour guides which result in great offers and privileges for our guests. You are welcome to access our wifi. Other things to note Want an extra room? We are able to offer at extra cost (and as available) a very large second bedroom with queen size Javanese bed, large flat-screen TV with Netflix.
