Villa Anita is located on the peninsula Čiovo in a quiet place, Okrug Donji (Central Dalmatia). The whole place has been newly renovated and is rentable as one unit. Apartments fitted on all three floors of the house, spacious terraces and a swimming pool. The beach is only 30m away from the house, as well as the beautiful pine forest with a promenade leading to the ship line to Trogir. The town of Trogir (under the protection of UNESCO) is only a 15-minutes drive away from the accommodation. The space The house can accomodate a group of a maximum of 8 people. It is possible to accomodate 2 more persons (A-4 Apartment) but only on your own demand. Villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toalet, 3 kitchens and 2 living rooms. Guests can also enjoy our terrace and living room in attic with breathtaking view.
