The space The large glass sliding doors disappear to open onto decks on each side the house giving you sun or the shade as the day progresses.Designed for all weather conditions it would be very rare that you cannot sit out of the wind or rain during inclement weather. The local beaches of Oke & Hauai Bay are safe & kid friendly, ideal for rock hopping and beach combing. Bring the boat and all the water toys. Kayak to the many surrounding islands and enjoy safe water skiing also. Close by is Deep Water Cove marine reserve which is ideal for diving and snorkelling. Enjoy a leisurely walk around the bays or the 40 minute headland walk and for the more adventurous you are in hiking paradise with walks to Cape Brett and Whangamumu, there are plenty of spectacular walks to do. Guest access You have full access to all of the property and the large grassed area is ideal for kids to run around on! Other things to note The central core to this majestic holiday home is the very large open plan living area that opens on to expansive decks on both sides of the house, which means that dining & entertaining can be enjoyed inside or outside. The large kitchen & bar area is an entertainers dream. The indoor/outdoor flow to the bbq area with generous seating, dining table and outdoor open fire creates the right atmosphere for all year round evenings spent outdoors. The house has two levels of spacious luxury accommodation. On the top level, your luxury accommodation offers you four master suites, all with luxuriously appointed spacious en-suites & walk in robes. Bathrooms are full wet wall walk in showers, toilet, vanity and heated floor & towel rails. The lower level has been especially designed for teenagers and young children. With its own entertainment & living area, large deck plus two generous bunk-rooms each room with one double and five single beds. There is a full bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, a separate stand alone shower room plus an additional powder room. Kitchen - features twin ovens, twin dishwashers, twin large fridges, an ice maker, a bar fridge and large amounts of bench space making holiday cooking or catering a dream!. The kitchen has most basic pantry items though we do suggest you bring everything you think you will need. For the coffee lover we have a Nespresso machine ( bring your own capsules) and also a Soda Stream ( bring your own refills). The nearest store to top up supplies is an easy 35 minute drive to the beautiful town of Russell. It has many restaurants and cafe and grocery stores. The house is outfitted with SkyTV, including Sky Sports, Netflix, Premium Spotify, Broadband Wireless, multiple TV’s, home theatre and SONOS music system. Your luxury holiday accommodation comes with its own boat mooring for easy access by boat. There are stunning walks that leave from right outside the back deck including the world renowned Cape Brett walkway. There is access to two fantastic beaches, (Hauai bay 3mins walk & Oke bay 5 minutes), both are sheltered bays, great for swimming, fishing and rock hopping!
