Guest access - You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home. - The keys are left in a lockbox onsite. - The house is set-up purely for short & long term stays. - There is a Studio in the backyard which is empty and is not available for Holiday letting purposes. - The Garage is not available for Holiday letting purposes. There is parking for 4 cars on the driveway. Other things to note **Please read and respect the house rules before booking** This is very much appreciated, thank you! Parking - There is parking for 2-3 cars in driveway and 1 spot available in front of mailbox - Do not park or drive your vehicle on the grass - Please do not park any vehicles on neighboring properties - Strictly no tents or caravans are permitted on the property. - Garage is not available for holiday letting purposes Hot Water Tank - We have a 325L hot water tank at the property which is suitable usage for a large family. Please note all house’s in Copa run off hot water tanks due to its location. While the tank does heat up twice in a 24 hour period we do suggest to be mindful of having long showers or multiple large baths. Stairs - There is 6 stairs at front of the property to enter the house - We have stairs (7 steps) to bedroom 1 & 3 and main bathroom - Baby Dan retractable gates are setup permanently at top and bottom of stairs Check-in - Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property and anything else you may need to know. - We may be able to offer early check-in. Please ask prior to arrival. Check-out - We may be able to offer a late check-out until 11:00 am and anytime past that time we suggest you to book an additional night. - Please ask prior to arrival or at time of booking for any late checkouts requests because we book the cleaner to clean the house on check-out and we are unable to change/cancel the cleaner last minute. **In December or January we are unable to accommodate any late checkout requests.** Baggage - Unfortunately we cannot hold baggage prior to check-in nor can we hold your baggage after check-out. Lost Property - If requested we will endeavour to recover and return items inadvertently left, but we take no responsibility for the recovery or return of these items. Postage, packaging and staff labour is at the guest’s expense. Items will be held for a maximum of 2 weeks and if not claimed will be disposed. - All lost property can only be sent via Australia Post. We cannot meet you at the property to collect lost items…All postage costs are at guests expense. So please check under beds and furniture prior to departure. Cleaning & Linen Change - During Stay - If you are staying for more than 2 weeks we can provide extra linen & a mini or full clean during your stay. Please allow 72hrs notice so we can organise this additional service. Please note there is an additional fee for this service Pet friendly - Please let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking and also note pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. - Please be mindful of barking and howling, especially when your pet is left behind in an unfamiliar place because they tend to excessively bark/howl & this disrupts the neighbors. - We do not have a dog door - Ensure to pickup any dog poo prior to departure - 1 pet is allowed during your stay and if anymore than 1 pet it will need to be approved before booking.
