The master bedroom has a king size bed and smart tv, ensuite with double sinks, freestanding bath and additional shower. Second bedroom has a double bed, smart tv and is next to the additional bathroom which includes a double shower. The space PLEASE NOTE: * Due to Body Corporate By-Laws, no pets are allowed to stay at Little Cove Court and NO parties of any kind are allowed. * Minimal rental age is 25, identification will be required at check-in. * Only children over the age of 12 are allowed to stay at the property. * This property requires a $200 refundable damage deposit. * Mid-stay clean provided for stays of 10 nights or longer. * Bath and beach towels provided, as well as Saya skincare products to use during your stay. Other things to note *Please note the penthouse is not serviced daily. This is a self-contained unit, therefore we supply a small amount of amenities to get you through your first night’s stay. * Plunge pool is not heated, however you’re welcome to swim in the complex pool, which is heated all year.
