The Three-Level House

The fantastic sea view to the capital Arrecife and the quiet location in Tías characterize this beautiful vacation villa, which offers plenty of space inside and outside to spend great vacation days on Lanzarote. The spacious vacation home located on the slope gives residents the feeling of being at the top of the village, especially in the large outdoor area with several terrace areas and solar-heated pool. The space You are a few minutes by car in the center of the small town of Tias, where there are numerous shops and restaurants/tapas bars. The cottage is tasteful and decorative, decorated with beautiful colonial-style wooden furniture. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. All rooms are on one level. The master bedroom is equipped with 2 beds and a private bathroom with bath and shower. A hairdryer is also provided. The other two bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a large bathroom with bathtub/shower and bidet. The large living room with dining area invites you to socialize and from the cozy sofa corner you have great views of the sea. Wi-Fi, smart TV (German channels) and a stereo system with CD & Bluetooth are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and filter coffee machine and many extras (e.g. espresso maker, juicer, toaster, kettle...). The large outdoor area with the three levels is a real highlight. The shady bast parasols and refreshing pool invite you to relax, and the covered dining area with stone grill allows for cozy barbecue evenings. Two parking spaces for cars on the property are available.
