Large Luxury Penthouse in the City.

This luxurious loft style Penthouse is 2000 sq.ft. of light filled modern space in a gated quiet building with fabulous views from the terraces. The master bedroom en suite is on the main floor. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms that share an exquisite bathroom. There is another living room with terrace on this floor so groups have lots of space to chill out. Beds, linens and towels are of top hotel quality to ensure comfort. It's a mere 15 minute walk to Stephen's Green and Temple Bar. The space The penthouse is within a secure gated building called THE WAREHOUSE which is a unique Modernist style of building and numbers only 40 apartments. It is an upmarket development of very large apartments which is unusual considering the proximity to the city centre. We are set back on a quiet street yet close to the Cathedrals, the Guinness factory, St Stephen's Green, Camden street, Trinity College and the famous Temple Bar. The penthouse is a Modernist New York loft-style apartment in a building that was converted from a textile factory and features high ceilings and original vintage parquet wooden flooring. There is an abundance of light flooding through the many large windows and there are two balconies and a terrace to enjoy the views and sunset. The penthouse has dual aspect with an abundance of space including two living areas, so you'll have tons of room to enjoy your stay. As the accommodation is set on two floors it is like having two luxurious suites for couples or families to enjoy their own separate living and sleeping areas. On the main floor there is the master ensuite, open plan living/dining area and the fabulous large kitchen. On the top floor there are 2 more bedrooms and the large full bathroom. There is also another living room with terrace access on this floor. There is a lift for easy access to the apartment. There is high speed wifi throughout and 3 TV's with multiple channels, Netflix and Prime TV. We can offer early check-ins on your arrival if there has not been a booking the previous day, and late check-out if there is not a follow on booking. SUMMARY: In all there is a large kitchen, a very large living/dining area with a 65" TV, Two bedrooms with king size beds, and a twin bedroom. There is also another living room with a 75" TV. There are 2 luxurious bathrooms with underfloor heating, 2 furnished balconies and a furnished terrace overlooking the city and the Dublin mountains with lovely sunset views. The decor is modern and uncluttered. From my fashion/interior background, I have a passion for fabrics and texture which is evident in the use of beautiful Irish linen curtains, a large Missoni wall hanging and bespoke sofa, Natuzzi furniture and shag pile rugs and vibrant silk and cotton velvet soft furnishings and curtains. Glass and crystal are other strong elements in use and the numerous dimming light fittings create many different moods around the home. There is also a collection of Murano glass peppered here and there and some collector lighting pieces. Downstairs:- A very large living room with a dining area and a west facing balcony. The large separate kitchen comes equipped with all the regular appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine and TV. . We will leave a complimentary breakfast welcome pack for your arrival and all the basic cooking ingredients and pantry ingredients are there for your use. The huge master king bedroom comes with large sliding wardrobes for guests private use. There is a luxury en-suite with a large powerful rainwater shower. and two basins with vanities. Quality bedding, towels, toiletries and hair dryer are provided for you. Off the bedroom is a full width west-facing balcony with seating to enjoy the views of Dublin city and mountains. Upstairs:- The second king size bedroom offering the same quality bedding, towels, robes, toiletries and hair dryer. There is a large wardrobe for your sole use. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. On this floor there is the large fabulous bathroom with separate powerful rainwater shower enclosure and bath tub. The mood lighting sets the scene for a relaxing soak. There is also a sitting room on this floor so guests have ample space to chill out. Folding doors from this room lead to a furnished west facing terrace to enjoy the sunset (or afternoon sunbathing if you're lucky with the weather!). There is a key to lock the terrace doors if children are staying. There is a newly installed open plan office for your use on the large landing. I love my comforts so all bed linen is 600 thread-count Egyptian cotton and the towels, duck down and feather pillows and duvets are of luxury hotel quality. Please take note if you have any allergies to feather and we can supply an alternative if needed. The beds are very comfortable and together with the heavy linen blackout curtains guarantees a great nights sleep. I am extremely meticulous about cleanliness and we will endeavour to have the apartment as spick and span as possible for your stay. Guest access All rooms are available to you. The large block of wardrobes in the master bedroom are closed off, but there is the other large double sliding wardrobe with drawers, rails and racks exclusively for your use. There is a gym nearby called the IVY FITNESS CLUB ( guest passes for a small cost) and another upscale gym also within walking distance called CRUNCH FITNESS in Temple Bar:- These gyms both have sizeable pools and some spa features.
