My guests are expecting a little house with great garden right on the edge of the forest of Schlangenbad Wambach. Here there are many wonderful opportunities to let off steam with his four-legged friend, go for a bike, spend a relaxing evening in front of the fireplace or to go to Rüdesheim, Mainz, Wiesbaden or Frankfurt. Everything is easy to get to by car or public transport. Equally, the house is suitable for business people, trade fair exhibitors or visitors. The space The living space of the detached house is modern and cozy. The floors are easy to clean tiled or equipped with real wood floorboards. There is only a living level, in the house itself there are no stairs. The house has 2 separate bedrooms with 140 and 180 cm wide beds. The sofa in the cosy living room offers another sleeping option, TV (Smart TV, MagentaTV, Netflix) BOSE Wave SoundTouch and a fireplace. Wood is provided for the first heating of the fireplace. For further heating with the fireplace, please use well-dried wood, e.g. the kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, oven, stove, etc. Of course, WiFi is available everywhere. Bathroom features walk-in shower room and bathtub. Guest access All guests have access to all rooms after the entrance door including the large garden and terrace. The garage is not part of it. Other things to note There is a fenced sheep meadow close to the house. Street noises are taken from the street that leads to the neighboring town.
