Furnished tourist accommodation: 3 stars In Lélex, tourist village of the Monts Jura resort located in the heart of the Valserine Valley and at the foot of the Crêt de la Neige (alt. 1.720 m). At the foot of the slopes and the departure of the La Catheline gondola (5 minutes' walk from the rental). 40 km from Geneva airport. Very nice apartment with an area of 75 m2 for 4 people, completely renovated and enjoying triple exposure. Located on the 1st floor of a former hotel "Le Crêt de la Neige" rehabilitated into a family serviced apartment (10 apartments). It consists of: – A living room (sofa bed, flat screen TV and DVD player). – An open kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, microwave and ceramic hobs. – A back kitchen equipped with washer and dryer. – Two bedrooms: The first equipped with a double bed (140×190) and the second with two Single beds (90×190). – A shower room with a towel dryer. – A toilet independent. – A ski locker on level 0. Parking is free close to residence. Plan to bring your linens (1 bed in 140 and 2 beds in 90). Unfortunately, at the moment, we are not able to offer you a stay that includes a cleaning service and we deplore it. The village of Lélex has its charm but also its constraints and we have not yet found the right person. Cleaning is therefore not included and remains your responsibility (floors, sanitary facilities, kitchen). Thank you, in advance, for vacating the clean apartment in order to facilitate the arrival of future vacationers. If the following vacationers found that the cleaning had not been done, based on photos taken within an hour of their arrival, I will be forced to withhold, on your security deposit, a sum of up to €100. In order to avoid any dispute, we also ask that you send us a photo of each room, upon your departure from the apartment, including the sink, dishwasher, oven, fridge, shower, sink and toilet. By communal decision, there is no garbage room in Lélex's buildings or residences. Everyone is therefore required to deposit their household garbage in the areas provided for in the collection located near the town hall, the ESF or the church.
