Located on the 1st floor of a former hotel "Le Crêt de la Neige" rehabilitated into a family tourist residence (10 apartments). It consists of: – A living room (sofa bed, flat-screen TV and DVD player). - An open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and ceramic hobs. – A back kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dryer. – Two bedrooms: the first equipped with a double bed (140 × 190) and the second with two single beds (90 × 190). – A bathroom with a towel dryer. – A separate toilet. – A ski locker on level 0. Parking is free near the residence. Picnic area in the garden behind the residence. 2 outdoor tennis courts 10 minutes walk from the residence with free access. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a stay including a cleaning service at this time, and we regret this. The village of Lélex has its charm but also its constraints, and we have not yet found the right person. Cleaning is therefore not included and remains your responsibility (floors, bathrooms, kitchen). Thank you in advance for vacating the apartment clean, in order to facilitate the arrival of the next vacationers. If the following vacationers find that the cleaning has not been done, based on photos taken within one hour of their arrival, I will be forced to withhold, from your security deposit, an amount of up to €100. In order to avoid any dispute, we also ask you to send us a photo of each room, when you leave the apartment, including the sink, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, shower, sink and toilet. By municipal decision, there is no garbage room in the buildings or residences of Lélex. Everyone is therefore required to deposit their household waste in the areas provided for collection located near the town hall, the ESF or the church.
