Guest access House is self contained and rental includes entire house plus yard, drive and solar heated swimming pool. Guests have access to all areas. Other things to note Please note that the pool is solar heated. This works on a pump system where water is pumped up from the pool onto the roof and the water is heated by the sun as it runs through black pipes. The pool is as warm as the daily sun allows it to be. It can not be forced to heat higher than that. The average temperature of the pool during the swimming months is approx 25 degrees which is considered comfortable. In perspective the ocean just across the road sits between 14 and 18 degrees.
