The space The apartment is located in Pleta de Gessa, a quiet and beautiful village in Aran Valley which is situated just 5 km from Baqueira-Beret ski station, between Arties and Salardu. It offers all the confort of a new construction, such as heated parking ramp and private box room for ski equipment in the car park. It also has a parking and private box room in Baqueira, next to the ski lift. It has 3 bedrooms (a suite, a double one and a triple one) with spacious wardrobes, two full bathrooms and a wide living/dining room with fireplace and a full-equipped open kitchen. From the living/dining room you can go out to the terrace which surrounds the apartment. The suite has a big bed, 160x200cm, and a full bathroom. The triple bedroom has a bunk-truckle bed and the double room has 2m extra-long beds. Besides, there is an armchair-bed in the main room, and baby's cot and high chair (optional). The second bathroom has a shower available. The apartment has a thermostat controlling the general temperature of the apartment and individual regulators in each room.
