The two full bathrooms include modern fittings, plenty of counter space and quality linens. The heart of the property is the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster—ideal for cooking at home or enjoying a relaxed breakfast. The adjoining living space offers a comfortable sofa and smart TV, and high-speed WiFi is available throughout the home. Large windows invite natural light and provide views of the surroundings while sliding doors open to a private terrace where you can unwind with a morning coffee or an evening drink. On-site parking is included for one car, and laundry facilities are available for longer stays. Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allow you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at ฿6.5 per unit. An electricity guarantee will be collected from you via Airbnb prior to check in and refunded the difference at check out. Payment through the Airbnb app is fine.
