The whole family can enjoy the wrap around balcony and the beautiful views of the ocean. This property is located just off George Bass Drive. The patrolled beach is located straight across the road.The house is lovely, upstairs with open planned kitchen, dining and living room, very comfortable cosy lounge, and a TV for entertainment. It's just a short walk to the safe, lifeguard operated beach (in Summer). Great surf, so don't forget the boogie board. Easy access to relaxing cliff walks and a fun park for the children a five minute walk to the newsagent and local IGA. Layout: The home has stairs which bring you upstairs to the entrance. This house is a two-story home, upstairs you have the master bedroom and main bathroom/ laundry, with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining. A beautiful large paved area out the back is an ideal spot for a family BBQ. The kitchen has everything you need, with dishwasher, and microwave. Downstairs you have two bedrooms, and a powder room.
