It aims to inform customers of the general conditions to be respected during their rental. The client acknowledges having read them and undertakes to comply with them. Article 1 : Arrival times are normally scheduled on Saturday afternoon between 4pm and 7pm. Departure times are normally scheduled on Saturday morning before 10am. Article 2 : Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live "in good family father" and to maintain them. All facilities are in working order and any complaint about them occurring more than 24 hours after taking possession of the premises, won’t be admitted. Repairs made necessary by the negligence or poor maintenance during the lease will be charged to the tenant and will be deducted from the security deposit. Obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact of the tenant, his family or his friends. Article 3 : The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, sheets, duvets and pillows. If necessary, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the lessee on departure, the price of cleaning the barbecue (50€) and kitchen appliances (60€), the total value at replacement price of broken, cracked, chipped or deteriorated objects, equipment or furniture and those whose wear and tear would exceed normal for the duration of the rental, the cost of cleaning dirty duvets, compensation for damage of any kind to curtains, wallpaper, ceilings, carpets, carpets, windows, bedding, etc… Article 4 : The client undertakes to insure himself against rental risks (fire, water damage). Failure to provide insurance, in the event of a claim, will result in damages. He declares that he is in possession of insurance covering resort-type rental risks with his insurance company for the rental period. The lessee is obliged to notify the emergency landlord, within 24 hours at the latest, of any damage to the property, its outbuildings or accessories. Article 5 : The tenant may not prohibit the visit of the villa, during the stay, when the advertiser or his representative will request them Article 6 : For reasons of allergies, the house is completely non- smoking inside, and pets, even small ones, are not accepted. Article 7 : In order to avoid any accident due to drowning, the swimming pools are equipped, depending on the type of villa, with at least a safety device that complies with the French standard NF P 90-308 (shutter) or NF P 90-307 (alarm). It is the tenant's responsibility to systematically activate these safety devices outside of swimming. This will never replace physical surveillance by tenants, their children, their friends' children, visitors' children. Even at the tenant's request, the alarm will never be deactivated by the pool specialist. If these guidelines are not respected, the owners or their agent cannot be held liable in any form whatsoever.
