It doesn't get more central than this: our exclusive apartment is located in the heart of the city, directly by the cathedral, main train station, philharmonic, old town & shopping mile. From here you can easily reach all corners of the city & surroundings on foot/by public transport. The icing on the cake of this chic apartment is the view through the large window front directly to the Cologne landmark: the cathedral. NO PARTY GUESTS! Minimum age: 25 Baby cot + high chair available, please inquire! The space Lovingly furnished, our apartment is a quiet retreat in the lively city of Cologne. If you want to experience Cologne directly, this is the place to be. An absolute highlight: If you book our apartment on Rose Monday, you can experience the Rose Monday train, which passes right by, from close range (from the window or down the street)! Kölle Alaaf! Important: Please monitor the political situation regarding travel restrictions and tourist accommodation arrangements so that you may be able to respond in time to change/cancel the reservation, etc. Other information: Unfortunately, we do not accommodate PARTY GUESTS (due to very bad experiences)! Mattresses can be turned over: there is a soft and a hard side. Please note: the apartment is NOT AN ALLERGY-FREE APARTMENT. It may happen that, for example, some dust can be found under the beds or sofas. We clean our apartments very carefully after each guest, but it is in the nature of things that sometimes some dust remains or settles again. If you suffer from severe allergies or phobias, we ask you to take this into account when booking. The two small sofa beds are only ADDITIONAL sleeping options. There are thin mattresses that are laid out on the floor. For guests who do not sleep in one of the three beds, we recommend the large sofa in the living room. It is also extendable. There is NO air conditioning, only floor fans. There are no special features that are not shown in the pictures (e.g. pool, barbecue area, garden, parking lot, etc.). The elevator is relatively small: 69 cm (wide) x 75 cm (deep). Please do not overload, bounce, etc.! Guest access The property is exclusively occupied by you.
