Wishing you a pleasant stay. The space The apartment is on the second floor of a house situated right on the beach. My family and I are staying on the first floor and are available at all times for check-ins, check-outs, any requests or assistance. The house has two floors. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, stove top, filter coffee machine, water kettle and all the necessary dishes. There are indoor and outdoor (balcony) seating arrangements for 6 people. For the sleeping arrangements, there are two private bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a single bed, along with a pull-out daybed for two people in the living room. The daybed can be pulled out into a 160×200 cm bed. There are two large closets for your clothes (hangers included) and luggage, with extra blankets. Bathroom and kitchen have running cold and hot water. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, hairdryer, toiletries, soap and two power outlets. Guests will be provided with fresh towels and bed linen according to a mutual agreement. Feel free to request extra linen, blankets, towels or pillows. Washing machine is available. The apartment is equipped with all cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, mop, detergent), clothes drying rack and iron with ironing board. Mosquito repellent plug-in adapters with extra fillings and tablets included. The beach is quite peaceful because it is not in a high traffic area, but this depends on the season. Bring your dog on vacation, too:) Dogs are allowed in the apartment and can spend time in the garden or on the beach, as long as they are well behaved and do not disturb the neighbors. Sadly, dogs are not allowed to swim or bathe in the sea in front of the house, due to town regulations (the beach is officially part of a town beach). A 200 m walk by the beach will bring you to a beach which is uninhabited and dogs are allowed to swim, run and hike freely. Please note that the garden is not completely fenced. The flat screen TV has only a few Croatian channels, but there are WiFi and an HDMI cable to connect a laptop to the TV if you are bringing one. Guest access Guests are invited to use the garden and the garden seating arrangement, pick fresh figs or other seasonal fruit in the garden, the BBQ in the garden and the outdoor shower. Free parking available on the grounds. Other things to note For guests looking to visit us in the winter months: the apartment is heated with the air-conditioning unit, a fire place (we provide wood), and 2 electrical heaters. We provide duvets and blankets. Please be aware that the Pirovac tourist season is May-September and that restaurants might be closed during the winter. The working hours of shops and bakeries might also be shorter than during summer tourist season. We are happy to assist you in finding arrangements for visiting any of the local sites: National park Krka, National park Kornati, National park Paklenica (rock climbing), Nature park Vransko jezero, Šibenik Bridge (Bungee jumping), As well as finding suitable rent-a-car, rent-a-bike or rent-a-boat options. We will provide all information on events that would interest you in the nearby area along with directions to the closest shops (in the Pirovac center) or larger shopping centers in surrounding towns. Perfect for Garden Festival, Soundwave Croatia and Love International Festival visitors - only a 10 minute drive to Garden Resort Tisno and Barbarella's Disco. Also, there is a taxi service available. Let us know before arriving if your pets or kids are joining you - we can provide dog bowls and bed or kids' dishes and toys and travel baby cot.
