The holiday apartment is on the first floor of a historical residential house in Chiavenna, a picturesque locality in the Alps, to the north of Lake Como. The space The apartment faces south and was renovated in 2015. It measures 50m² and is suitable for up to four people. The front door leads into the kitchen featuring light colours. The modern kitchen unit is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. There is a dining table with chairs in front of it. A characteristic stairway leads up to the gallery with a further double bed (160 x 190cm). The living room opens towards the kitchen and provides a comfortable sofa and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels. There are shelves in one corner with some books and a stereo system. On one side there is the bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom is elegant and comprises a shower cubicle, a bidet, a washbasin, a WC and a hairdryer. There is heating, so the accommodation is ideal for a holiday in the mountains all year round. The living room has a fireplace exuding a cosy atmosphere. The firewood can be provided by the owners free of charge. Free wireless Internet access is available. The apartment has a private little terrace (3 x 1m) with a table and chairs. An awning provides pleasant shade if required. You also have access to the garden belonging to the house. There is a car parking space in the shared courtyard.
