House between sea and forest

My house, close to the sea, is located in a quiet area, at the end of a cul-de-sac on the edge of the Longeville state forest. It can ideally accommodate 7 people (2 bedrooms on the ground floor + 1 bedroom on the mezzanine). The living room sofa is also convertible. It can ideally accommodate 6-7 people (2 bedrooms on the ground floor + 1 bedroom on the mezzanine). 1 sofa bed is also available in the living room. ___________________________ 90 m² house built in 2001 on a 900 m² plot, located 8 min walk from the beach through the forest (3 min by bike) equipped with 3 bedrooms, including one on the mezzanine. It can accommodate 7 people. Equipped with 2 terraces, one equipped with a table in the shade, outdoor chairs and an outdoor barbecue. The second is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. Fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, 4 electric hobs, Fridge-freezer, Coffee machines (Nespresso + filter coffee machine), Kettle, Toaster, 1 table for 7 people. Living room: 1 new leather sofa, 3 armchairs, 1 flat screen TV equipped with TNT channels, 1 DVD player, 1 Playstation 2 console. Baby equipment (on request because I have to take them): Baby bed and mattress, highchair, bathtub and changing mat. Basement: Ping-Pong table + washing machine + condensing dryer, additional chest freezer. Bedroom 1: One double bed 140, 1 dresser and 1 closet. Bedroom 2: Three 90 cm single beds (2 can be combined), 1 dresser and 1 closet. Bedroom 3 on the mezzanine: 1 double bed of 140, 1 dresser, 1 wardrobe. I leave you ping-pong rackets + balls, possibility to book the municipal tennis courts located 3 minutes by bike, 2 petanque sets, 2 old bikes (possibility to rent bikes 300 meters from the house). Guest access: The entire house (only part of the basement will not be accessible). Interaction with guests: I will be there to welcome you on your check-in day and on your check-out day. Transport: Possibility to park 3 vehicles on the land + many possibilities outside the house (on the cul-de-sac).
