Arriving at the property, you'll find private parking for up to three cars, along with a garage that has been transformed into a games room complete with a pool table, table tennis and dartboard – perfect for entertaining both adults and children after a day exploring the coast. Internally, every room has been thoughtfully finished to create a welcoming and comfortable home-from-home. The ground floor offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two twin bedrooms, a bunk bedroom, and a spacious king bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. A large family bathroom with a bath serves the remaining bedrooms. At the heart of the home is a spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area. Flooded with natural light from skylights and French doors opening onto the garden, it's a wonderful space for gathering together over meals or simply relaxing. Just off the kitchen, there is an additional area, which provides a second lounge with comfortable seating and a TV. Upstairs, you'll find a further double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, along with a separate WC. The spacious first-floor lounge is a real highlight, featuring a charming bay window where you can sit back and enjoy amazing views of the north sea after a day spent exploring the picturesque coastline. The village's independent cafés, restaurants and local shops are all within easy walking distance, while the world-famous town of St Andrews is only a scenic 15-minute drive along the beautiful coastline.
