'Ocean' - Duplex 65m from the beach with pool

This is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment in a great location in São Martinho do Porto. Located in the Palmeiras complex, just 65 meters from the beach and offering a fantastic view of the sea and a community pool. The space The apartment is very well furnished and equipped to provide you with a pleasant and comfortable experience. The living room is equipped with cable TV, free Wi-Fi and a docking station for an MP3. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, giving you all the conditions to cook some nice homemade meals during your vacation in this charming villa. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third has two single beds and also a double sofa bed, making it possible for 8 guests to stay on the property. A high chair and travel crib can be provided (you must bring your own bedding for the crib). Please request this at the time of booking. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and shower. The balcony has outdoor dining furniture and offers great views of the pool and the lovely bay. Upon arrival, property managers will provide wristbands for pool access. Please note that only 6 pool wristbands will be provided, if there are more than 6 people in your group, you will have to share the wristbands among you. The apartment features a garage with a private space for your car. Note that the space is tight and larger cars can be difficult to park. There is a free parking space outside the complex as an alternative. Please be aware that there are some steps around the complex and inside the apartment, since it is a duplex, so this apartment is not ideal for people with serious mobility problems. São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell-shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, since the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic Ocean is not present there. Along the waterfront there are pleasant cafes and bars and charming restaurants, where you can enjoy delicious Portuguese food. A walk along the coastline will take you to the river beach of Salir do Porto, where the river flows into the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters. Occasionally, parties take place in São Martinho and due to the central location of this apartment, the noise can be disturbing for guests who expect a quiet stay. The main events that can cause disturbances are the New Year celebrations and the Feasts of Santo António, which usually take place for 10 days, from the beginning to mid-June. If you are sensitive to loud music playing through the night, please confirm the dates of these events before making a reservation. Note: Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you are considering arriving later, please check with us before booking to see if this will be possible.
