Basic apartment on the coast of Barcelona, located next to the emblematic Rambla del Poble Nou and a few meters from Playa del Bogatell. It does not have an elevator, it is the 4th floor (84 steps). Basic, simple and practical, it has everything you need to accommodate up to 5 people: a double room with a double bed (futon), a room with two single beds and a living room also with a sofa bed. In its rear part it has a gallery that overlooks an interior patio, and that fills several rooms with light. In that gallery there is the shower and the separate toilet. A small balcony overlooks a pedestrian street from which you can see both the sea and the Agbar Tower. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Documents will be scanned on the day of check-in, you must provide an address and pay the tourist tax: €6.88 per person per night to be paid in cash on the day of arrival. We appreciate your good behavior and respect for the other neighbors. Quiet time: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Failure to comply with this rule will not result in the return of the deposit.
