House with heated pool between ocean and bay

Modern detached house of 115 m2 inhabited the rest of the year. You will enjoy the heated, secure swimming pool, surrounded by a large wooden terrace (150 m2) on a wooded and flowered garden. The furnished terrace extends a bright living room (50 m2). The Gironde tourist office came to visit our house to classify it (3 stars). The rental contract covers the house. In addition, we leave bicycles, surfboards, a ping pong table, toys, beach games and board games free of charge... All items are checked at the beginning of the season. But we can't check their condition between each rental, so we can't commit to their condition during the summer. If you need repairs or rentals, professional addresses are available at the house.
