The luxury 3 bedroom, fully furnished modern home, architecturally designed with extensive glass panels to capture the stunning sea and mountain views. Long term stays are welcome, ask me about details The space This fully furnished private home has spectacular views from almost every room, built with an open plan flow and extensive floor-to-ceiling glass panels. The top level has combined living, dining and kitchen, that opens onto a wooden deck and an inner courtyard. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and an attached en-suite. The bottom level has two bedrooms, a queen and a double, and a shared space with a sofa that can be converted to a single bed. There is a shared bathroom, hallway and access to the garden. Fast free Wifi in all rooms. Full kitchen facilities with oven, stove, cookware, dishes and silverware, coffeemaker and complimentary tea amenities Laundry with washer and dryer and clothes rack, iron and ironing board Bathrooms are furnished with towels, hairdryer and basic toiletries Pillows, bedding, enough to keep you warm and cosy There is parking for two cars, one in the garage and one in the driveway The house is very eco friendly, and is cosy in winter with underfloor heating. The house is cooled in summer by utilising natural breezes by cross ventilation. Although the property has a few stairs, the entire upper level is wheelchair accessible, (contact me for further details) Guest access The whole property is available to guests. Other things to note There is no Airbnb booking fee. A refundable security deposit of NZ$250 maybe required to cover beyond normal cleaning, loss of keys, damage, or violation of rules. However this deposit is not required if you have 5 star reviews. Please ask me if this is required. There is an internal stair case (carpeted) to the lower bedrooms which is not closed off, if you are comfortable with this, then infants are welcome. We only accommodate guests according to the room guide (up to seven people, three large beds plus a sofa bed). Cable TV means Freeview and Netflix are available The minimum booking over the summer holiday period is four nights, mid-Dec - end of Feb.
