Hyperoptic 1GB has just been installed. There are full length balconies on both sides of the open plan living area which has a smart TV with home cinema surround sound. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all you could need. The large master bedroom has a king sized bed, en suite, smart TV and sea view balcony. There are 2 further bedrooms each with twin beds. There is a choice of summer or winter weight duvets and each guest is provided with a bath, hand and beach towel. There is a travel cot, high chair, children's bed guards and stair gate. The kitchen and bathrooms have all the usual necessities provided for you. The penthouse is a 5 minutes from Machynys Golf and Country Club, which has an indoor driving range and spa, there are a further 16 golf courses in a 30 mile radius Pembrey Parc is 20 minutes away where you can find horse riding, a dry ski slope, toboggan run, bike hire, crazy golf, an adventure playground, a miniature railway and the 7 mile long Cefn Sidan Beach. There is easy access to the beautiful beaches of the Gower and the Brecon Beacons National Park. This is our family holiday home, loved and enjoyed by 3 generations aged 10 to 80. We visit on a regular basis to ensure high standards are maintained. Guest access Guests have sole use of a beautiful penthouse. The entrance to the penthouse is on the third floor of the building, there is NO lift from the ground floor to the front door of the penthouse.
