Fresh 1.5-story villa for 9 guests, with 2 extra beds in the guest room. Large terrace, pool, garden with trampoline and sun loungers for the summer months. The house is 170 m2 and has a large kitchen with a kitchen island, laundry facilities, several sofa corners, TV, stove, AC on the lower floor, as well as two bathrooms. The space On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with bathtub/shower, kitchenette, entrance and large open kitchen/dining room. Upstairs there is a large living room with TV sofa, two reading corners and a large sofa group in front of the fireplace. In addition, a bedroom with 5 80 cm beds, suitable as a children's room, as well as a bathroom with shower. There are many indoor activities in the form of board games, TV with Chromecast, DVD player with lots of DVD movies upstairs. In the garage there is also foosball, ping pong and darts as well as beach toys and other goodies that are useful for families with children. We also have about 10 "summer bikes" that can be used at your own risk. Repair kit is available if you get a puncture. Just over 1 kilometer away to cozy Vejbystrand harbor with swimming jetty, restaurant, sailing school and large outdoor pool with swimming school. Vejbystrand also has tennis courts, a sports ground, a library and a grocery store (ICA Nära Vågen). Guest access Guests have access to all rooms except a locked wardrobe and two locked lockers on the lower floor. Other things to note During the summer period (from Midsummer around June 23 until school starts around August 15), the starting point is that the house is only rented for 7 nights at a time, Saturday to Saturday. Occasionally, however, there may be the possibility of a shorter rental even during the summer, contact us and ask in that case about specific dates if it may be relevant for you. Regarding TV: Use your own subscription and connect your computer/pad/phone to our TV via HDMI cable (available) or Chromecast (HDMI input 1). We have not included sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases as well as towels in the rental. For a fee, you can rent this from Ina's Concierge, who helps us with cleaning and contact with guests.
