The master bedroom is impressive with an en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. All bedrooms are complete with comfortable furniture and air-conditioning and the upstairs bedrooms all enjoy access to the grand terrace overlooking the swimming pool and private grounds. The villa grounds are particularly impressive. You are spoilt for space, with grassed areas, outside dining and coffee tables, poolside chill out space, alongside beautifully maintained gardens. The fantastic swimming pool basks in sun all day long and is surrounded by cushioned sun beds and several tables and chairs where you can enjoy a BBQ day or night. Please note that this fantastic villa is located in a residential area; therefore, we ask all guests to be respectful of neighbours who live in close proximity. We kindly remind all guests to familiarise themselves with our noise policy as per our booking terms and conditions. Additionally, the villa is fitted with noise sensors - if noises levels reach above the maximum legal level, you will be notified with a warning. Any complaints from the neighbours, town hall or police regarding noise can result in on-the-spot fines which guests will be liable to pay.
