Welcome to beautiful Koblenz am Rhein and to our lovingly designed apartment in the Lützel district! The apartment is 94 m² and is located on the 1st floor of a 6-family house without elevator and can be used by 6 people. The old town is a 5-minute walk away and the bus and train can be reached in 2 minutes. Since my mother lives in the neighboring house, there is always a contact person who is also happy to give good tips :-) The space The house has its own lockable underground garage and a lockable bicycle cellar. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious combined living-bedroom including dining area and workstation, a bathroom with shower tub, separate toilet, a covered balcony, a storage room, two hallways and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment can be used by up to 6 people. More people may be possible on request. You can walk to the city center within 5 minutes. In 2 minutes, you can be on the banks of the Moselle. In the immediate vicinity is the Lützel train station and 3 bus stops. Grocery stores (a total of 6) are also within max. 5 minutes. You can safely park your car in our lockable underground garage. The same applies to your bicycles, for which a lockable bicycle cellar is available. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Pets are allowed!
