PERCE NEIGE VILLAGE 4-star gîte

We already own the 4-star Perce Neige sapin cottage in La Bresse. On 10/17/2015 we fell in love with this detached house with swimming pool and sauna. PLEASE NOTE the swimming pool is closed from October 1 until April 30. Perce Neige Village has been rated 4 stars since May 2016. Please note that in July and August we only rent by the week. The space Perce Neige Village is a detached house near the center of La Bresse. Our guests have access to the pool and sauna. The house is more than 250 m² of living space, has a two-car garage (biker and cyclist friends, this is for you), a fireplace and magnificent views of the mountains. Change of scenery guaranteed!!!!!! Guest access Upon your arrival, we welcome you and do the inventory together as well as the meter reading and the receipt of your security deposit. We're available throughout your stay. We provide: a roll of toilet paper in each toilet, a dishwasher tablet, garbage bags in all garbage cans. Other things to note Following numerous abuses with the sauna, electricity is extra, i.e. 0.20cts per kw. A guarantee check of €1000 is requested upon arrival and is returned to you upon departure. We do the cleaning for you. This means that you must leave the gîte as you found it upon arrival. The dishwasher must be emptied and the dishes washed. We also ask that you empty your trash.
