Joleni Cottage is a 100 m², private holiday home in the lush region of Keramies and Spartia, just a 10-15 minute drive to several lovely beaches. It is step-free throughout the house, ideal for guests with limited mobility, and also for those who enjoy the convenience of a ground-level house. Located 200m from the street along an unpaved side road, it offers privacy and a sense of space surrounded by nature. It is conveniently situated only a 15 drive from both Argostoli and the airport The space Indoors: • Master Bedroom: Features a 1,60cm-wide double bed and direct access to the sun terrace. • Second Bedroom: Furnished with two single beds, with an option for an additional folding bed. • Bathroom: Plenty of daylight, floor-level shower. A washing machine is provided. • Additional WC. • Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a dining -and sitting area offer plenty of space. From here patio doors open to the covered terrace with table and chairs. • Air conditioning in all rooms • Mosquito screens on all windows and terrace doors • WIFI free of charge • 4 Sunbeds • TV with free satellite channels. Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime etc. with your own log-in • Step-free, wheelchair accessible parking for easy entry into the house • Wheelchair friendly bathroom • Starter set with coffee, tea, sugar and milk Outdoor Area: • Terraces: -The roofed terrace can be accessed from the living room -The sun terrace is accessible directly from the master bedroom. - The third terrace under the oak tree offers shade all through the day. All terraces are connected to eachother step-free. Sleeping Arrangements: The cottage sleeps 4-5 persons, with a folding bed available for a fifth person in the twin bedroom or, alternatively, on the sofa bed in the sitting area. A hire car is strongly recommended. For guests with limited mobility: The cottage is designed to be step-free, making it accessible for guests with limited mobility. The front parking area provides step-free entry to the house. The bathroom includes a wheel-in shower and a sink with wheelchair clearance, as its cabinet is mobile, providing an accessible height of 68 cm. A shower chair is available. Doorways are between 81 cm and 1 m wide, with hallways measuring 2.2 m and 1.24 m wide for comfortable navigation. Three large supermarkets are conveniently located 4 kilometers away, while in Keramies, a basic mini-market and a traditional taverna can be reached within a 10-minute walk. A second restaurant is situated on the outskirts of the village. The neighboring village of Spartia, only 1 km away, offers additional two mini-markets, two cafes, and a restaurant.
