Villa Lydia

House Lidija is a semi-detached holiday house with a swimming pool located in the village Antonci only 4km from Porec and its beaches. The house is situated on its own enclosed property of 1000 m2 with well maintained lawn, where the guests have a private parking, private pool of 36 m2 with sun loungers, garden furniture and barbeque on their disposal. The house can acommodate 8-9 people and consists of three separate units with total living area of 170m2 situated on two floors. The space There is a apartment for 4 persons in the ground floor with spacious air-conditioned living space, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower/toilet and also separate toilet. The other two apartments are located on the first floor. One of them can accomodate 2-3 persons and consist of a living space, kitcheen with dinning table, doublebedroom and bathroom with a shower/toilet and washing machine. There is a balcony with poolview. The apartment for 2 persons has a kitchen with dining table, sleeping room and shower/toilet. All units are air conditioned and with wireless internet connection. Guest access The owner lives on the same property (semi-detached house) but with separate entrance to the yard and house. You will have your privacy but if you have questions we are there for you. Other things to note There are loads of things to do in the area, including, of course heading to the seaside, but also water parks, beautiful hilltop towns with cobblestone streets, fantastic food and wine, biking, sailing, diving, boat rides - to mention a few of the most popular. We are happy to recommend many other things 'off the beaten path' to our guests.
