The apartment is totally renewed and fully equipped. It is located just a few meters from the beach of Parede in the Cascais area. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom has 2 single beds and the second has 1 single bed. The living room is really nice with an open kitchen and a view to the sea. The space Quiet and comforable place, located on the1st floor with a living room facing the ocean. A dining area and open kitchen, 1 single + 1 double bedrooms and a bathroom. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this beautifully decorated apartment. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Check-in time is from 15:00 until 20:00. A late check-in is available, subject to a surcharge: €20 if it occurs after 20:00 and €40 if it occurs after 23:00 until 8:00. Early check-ins before 08:00 are subject to a surcharge of €40 and are always upon availability. Late and Early check-in fees are paid in cash on arrival. At the check-in we will ask for your identification document. Short term rentals are required to report guest's information to Borders Service (SEF) - it is called the Accommodation Bulletin.
