In the southeast of Mallorca, very close to the wonderful Cala Mondragó, the Villa del Mar greets visitors with its sun-yellow facade and cheerful summer mood. It is suitable for those who are looking for a holiday with privacy and accommodation close to the beach. Other things to note The 2-storey house has a cosy living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with luxurious, high quality facilities, 4 bedrooms (2 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds each and all equiped with premium mattresses), 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, satellite TV (65"), air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms (only available in the night), a baby bed (on request) and a high chair (on request). On the round, covered terrace guests can enjoy their meals, freshly prepared on the barbecue. The terrace has a saltwater pool (Length 4.12m x Width 4.12 x Depth 1.20m), garden shower, trampoline and outdoor games for children. The other terraces offer a variety of sitting areas, sunshades and sun loungers. The balcony also invites you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and the view of nature. After only 2.8 km or a 7-minute drive you will reach Portopetro, where you will find the closest larger selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The unique, sandy beach Cala Mondragó can be reached from the accommodation after 350 m or a 4-minute walk. There you will find crystal clear turquoise water and 2 restaurants where you can enjoy local dishes. Parking is available on the property and on the street.
