Shazzy is a beautiful, secluded apartment located in Vettica di Praiano with the amazing view of Positano, Li Galli and Capri islands. This independent apartment offers exceptional convenience to all the offerings of the Amalfi Coast and the rest of Campania while remaining immersed in nature. It's only minutes to Positano and Amalfi, one hour away from Pompeii and Capri, Ercolano and Naples. Praiano is conveniently situated near some pebble and rocky beaches to be found on both sides of the peninsula where vacationers may swim, snorkel, or even wind surf in warm Mediterranean waters or simply lie on the beach and enjoy the cool breezes and warm Italian sun. The apartment is a bright, fresh, and very functional 2 bedroom Vacation Rental, with an extra large sunny southwest exposure terrace for private sun bathing and dinners. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs, two sun beds and a parasol; it overlooks the ocean and one of the most beautiful stretch of the Coast, commencing from Positano to Capri. All rooms face the shimmering Mediterranean sea. This beautifully 2nd story 2bedroom 2 baths (each has enclosed shower box) with beautiful tiled floors in all bedrooms consists of an entrance with living room and dining area, with a well equipped kitchen with a five gas burner stove and electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. From the living room, though a corridor, you access the two bedrooms (a twin and a double): one of the bedroom has the en-suite bathroom with shower. The living room has a bathroom with shower and a comfortable sofa. The furnishings consist of functional modern pieces of good quality, equipped with air-conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. The house is only accessible on foot, with a walk of approximately 300 meters from the nearest parking area or 400 meters from the closest local bus stop, followed by around 70 steps. The path leads through charming terraced flower gardens, offering an authentic and picturesque experience. Please note that due to the distance from the main road and the presence of stairs, the property may not be suitable for elderly guests or families with very young children. Parking for your car can be found along the public road, at 300 meters from home; you can find free parking off and mid season, more difficult in the high season. In case you do not find free parking Praiano town paying lots are generally available along the main road. The centre of Praiano is best reached, in alternative to car or bus, using the traditional stone steps, walking them down for about 5 minutes (circa 200 steps), where you can find general food shops, several nice bars and restaurants; the beach of La Gavitella, also famous with the name of "One Fire Beach" is at 600 steps from the apartment and can be reached by foot in a 15 minute's walk. In alternative you can also get to the other beach called La Praia that is at a mere 1,5 km; this is a lovely cove with a pebble beach and typical restaurants where you can savor the local cuisine, along with bars and many restaurants.
