The space This spectacular house is only 1.8kms from town and 5kms from safe swimming beaches and boat ramps. From the magnificent living room, large sliding doors open onto the undercover deck giving you that indoor/outdoor feeling and of course offers you those sweeping views of Coromandel. A perfect spot for those sunset dinners and maybe that wine or two. The well equipped kitchen with roomy breakfast bar has a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with water and ice, filtered tap water and gas hob. Expressotoria Coffee Pod machine (Vittoria capsules - see photo) - These capsules are not available in Coromandel Township so if you wish please purchase prior to your stay. There will be some complimentary on your arrival. Bi-fold windows open up directly from the kitchen to the BBQ area on the back patio. You will be treated with that impressive outlook from the master bedroom which has a three seater lounge and stacker doors opening onto the deck. Bedroom two with your choice of a super king or two single beds has its own private patio and outdoor setting for that quiet relaxation under the sun. Bedroom three's double doors lead out to the back patio area while bedroom four complete with bath in the ensuite steps you onto that superb front deck. Unlimited internet and smart TV will enable you to use your own Netflix, Spotify or other App accounts. You may also pair your device to the blue tooth speaker system. The double garage has table tennis, washing machine and dryer within. Your parking is off the garage. Please note the driveway is relatively steep and although enough room for 3 vehicles it is difficult to turn boats around. Other things to note If more than 2 bedrooms are required there will be an additional fee of $40 per room per stay. Your choice of rooms are available for you. If choosing the Super King room please give plenty of notice of your bed preference, (SK or 2 Singles). Please note there is an camera outside for both your security and ours. It is focused on the front door and garage area.
