For a breakfast with your feet in the water with family or friends, we welcome you to our charming seaside house. In Fouras, everything can be done on foot. Discover at high tide, swimsuit and towel on your shoulder, the Plage de l'Espérance facing the house, at low tide, enjoy the Grande Plage and its water reservoir; its market and its fish hall, its casino... Want a day on Île d'Aix towards the Pointe de la Fumée pier. The space The house is classified 3* as a furnished tourist accommodation by Charente Maritime Tourism. It accommodates up to 8 guests with 8 real and good beds, divided into 4 bedrooms. Exterior: a friendly terrace with garden furniture and sunbathing overlooking the island of Madame and Oléron. A second space with garden furniture and gas plancha in the back of the house. Possibility to park 2 to 3 cars in the courtyard. Indoor: - On the ground floor: living room, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen. One bedroom with a 140 bed. A bathroom/toilet. - Upstairs: a sea view bedroom with 2 90 cm beds; two bedrooms with 160 cm beds, one with a sea view balcony. Bathroom. Separate toilet. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer section, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, WIFI. Washing machine. Baby essentials: high chair, folding crib, bathtub. Books and games. We have deliberately set a BASIC nightly price so that everyone can enjoy our house according to their schedule and budget. For this you will need: - clean when you check out. Cleaning products are available on site (A cleaning deposit of €200 will be required upon arrival). - bring your fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. The dimensions of the bedding and accessories are in the house manual. We provide duvets, pillows and bolster pillows. To save time and logistics, we offer as an option (to be booked during our 1st telephone interview) - the end-of-stay cleaning option for 125 euros. - the bed linen option: 20 euros per set (fitted sheet, duvet cover, bolster and pillowcases). - the towel option (a large and a small towel) €7 IN ANY CASE, REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR TOWELS AND DISH TOWELS.
