This charming apartment is located on the first floor of a townhouse directly in the Lüneburg city center in a townhouse from 1895. The new "In-Straße" with bars and restaurants is right around the corner. This is also where the popular pedestrian zone begins. The space This approx. 35 m² apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, fridge, dishwasher), dining area, living area, bedroom and a shower room. There are many loving furnishing details. Guest access We have a single parking space on our property, which is available to all guests of our 4 apartments for separate booking. The parking space is awarded on a first-come basis. Other things to note Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. But you can smoke outside the door in the courtyard passage. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. We use green electricity and heat with green gas. The apartments have state-of-the-art Nest smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The house has a gigabit internet connection - fast Wi-Fi is included. We will gladly provide a children's travel crib and highchair on request.
