ECO TAX & UTILITIES - Refer to 'Other details to note' The space The house and pool deck command open unrestricted sea views. Comprises six substantially large bedrooms: - Main double bedroom with en-suite bathroom leading from walk-in wardrobe. Balcony / sea views - 2nd twin bedroom with balcony / sea views - 3rd twin bedroom with sea views. Bathroom for 2nd and 3rd bedroom. - 4th and 5th twin bedrooms on lower level sharing own bathroom. - 6th 'optional' large bedroom (studio) having it's entrance from pool deck with en-suite bathroom. This room has a sitting area and kitchenette. Also ideal for helper, cook etc. Large spacious lounge combined with dining area leading on to the sundeck / pool area, perfect for entertaining. A billiard table, table tennis and table football are also in this area. Guest toilet. Kitchen, living / TV room and breakfast area combined, leads to the front sundeck with canopy for dining and back garden. The sizable swimming pool has ample sun deck space, shaded areas and a pool shower room with toilet and sink. Surrounding delightful garden. Drive fits 2 cars however there is ample space to park in the street just by the property. Guest access Guests have access to all areas and amenities apart from the lower level garden, garage and basement. Other things to note We ask our guests to kindly note that every guest of 18 years and older is required to pay the government imposed eco-tax of euro 0.50 cents per night capped at a maximum of euro 5 per stay. It is the accommodation supplier that is responsible to collect this tax from the guests to pass on to the authorities. Utilities are included up to a maximum of 50 kWh units (Electricity) and 1 unit of 1000 L (Water) per day. According to past rentals this is ample. We kindly our guests to take care that unnecessary usage is avoided. Utility usage is monitored and over-usage will be charged for accordingly.
