“Pinbarron Cottage” is a fully self contained charming,fresh and newly renovated Queenslander. It is situated in the perfect tree-lined Campbell St. East Toowoomba. Only a minutes’ walk to Queens Park,Cobb n Co. Museum and the Botanic Gardens and also 5 minute walk to popular schools and eateries in town. The space Pinbarron” is the perfect stop for a visit to schools, on business, for holidays and weddings or if you are simply passing through Toowoomba looking for a welcoming cottage stay. With three bedrooms (sleeps 6), lounge, front deck and breakfast nook, there are plenty of spots to relax and enjoy this beautifully renovated worker’s cottage. Pinbarron is drenched in beautiful morning sun through its lovely northern aspect, open plan living and large facing northern windows. One bedrooms has a King bed, the 2nd a queen size bed and the third has two KING singles. The cottage is air conditioned, or just open the windows to enjoy a welcoming breeze and the sounds of birds. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, single bathroom with shower. A fully functioning laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. There are 2 x air conditioning units and 1 gas heater. The fire pictured in the lounge area is not in a working capacity. We supply a Starter Pack of toiletries, including 2 x toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and a small milk. We do not provide breakfast or breakfast items. Guest access A fully self contained, functioning home for your enjoyment. From cooking, a washing machine, ironing or if XBox is your thing it is here for your use. Complimentary Wi-fi also for your enjoyment. Small backyard, shower, and clothesline Other things to note Please note- we would like to make you aware that only beds and linen will be made up for the amount of people the house is booked for at the time. Unless your booking states more than 4 x people than this is all that will be allowed. There is available a port-a -cot, however, we do not supply linen for this as it seems to be such a personal requirement for each baby.
