We provide a simple first night breakfast-in room, coffee/tea, cereals, milk. *please advise before arriving of you have any special breakfast requests. You will have an iron, iron board & hairdryer. Easy 5 mins walk to beach, down walkway, yet perhaps it may take you a few more, as you may be inclined to stop at the many delicious shops, including Delis, cafes, wine shops, restaurants, and design your very own picnic. You won't need to dine in! Great bars, restaurants & gourmet foods are right here in Kohi & nearby St Heliers & Mission Bay - Dine out or "takeaway" a gourmet meal. NOTE there is no kitchen or cooking facilities yet we have all you need for that getaway or business trip - Microwave, toaster, mini fridge, espresso maker and kettle. A large Shopping center is a short drive for Supermarket, chemist etc. Parking is easy & safe OFF STREET too, and no steps to worry about. We welcome you & if you need us we are about. Guest access There is a fragrant garden right outside your door. Washer & dryer available, upon special request. Rubbish, if you have excess rubbish contact me & I'll show you the bins. Other things to note We have a cat “Taittinger” who may wander about, but is not allowed in Guest area. Please don't encourage him as he's terribly friendly.
