Renovated apartment maintaining the original "trace" of the wooden building and very well located, situated in one of the typical neighborhoods of Lisbon on a pedestrian street. A 10-minute walk to Cais do Sodré and 15 minutes to Chiado, it allows you to enjoy the best of Lisbon! We have great restaurants on our street, however there may be noise (ending after dinner) and the occasional smell of grilling. Our remodeled and equipped apartments combine the rustic with the modern, allowing you to find typical Portuguese details so welcoming that they make you feel right at home! The apartment is composed of: - Bedroom with a wardrobe, a double bed (140cmx190cm) and bedside tables; - Living room with sofa, TV, dining table and AC (which allows the entire apartment to be air-conditioned if used effectively); - Kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and kitchen utensils; - Washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothesline. Guest access - To comply with Portuguese law, you will be asked for personal data for us to submit to the SEF. Without this information, it is not possible to check in at the apartment. - Respect the neighborhood by avoiding noise after 10 p.m. - Do not use the washing machine between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. - Check-in after 4 p.m. Possibility of changing schedules if possible. - Check-out until 11 a.m. - You must leave the house in the condition in which you received it and at the time of Check-out leave the keys on the "Check Out Board."
