The apartment is independent and completely at disposal of our guests. You will fall in love because of its central location in a safe neighborhood, cosy atmosphere and it’s proximity to the beach and all services you may need far from home. Our apartment is great for couples or family of 4 people on vacation or work. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, (2) air conditioning split units for your comfort and free WiFi. Very quiet for a great night’s sleep. Two balconies, one of which faces the house garden. Electricity and gas are to be paid at the end of the stay based on consumption. We have various baby gear for families with infant/toddler, available upon request. Booster chair for newborns, seat up chair and crib for toddlers up to 3 years. Only few minutes drive is the long Poetto beach, located between the cities of Quartu Sant’Elena and Cagliari. Along the Poetto beach are several bars and restaurants, nice point of refreshment during the day and lively venues at night. The Poetto has a pedestrian road and bike lanes where people stroll all day. In Quartu S.E. you can visit, Molentargius - Saline Natural Park - a wetland home to several waterfowl bird species that stopover, wintering and have their nest there, one of them are the pink flamingos - get your camera ready! Ours is a great location to explore the South of Sardinia with all its gorgeous beaches and archeological sites. Only 30 min / 45 min driving east are the most popular beaches of Villassimius, Costa Rei, Cala Pira and many others, on the west you find Chia, Tuerredda, Cala Cipolla, Su Giudeu and many others. Only 10 min drive you are in Cagliari, the largest city of Sardinia, which has an interesting historical city center located on top of several hills facing the harbor, great for sightseeing and walking arounds its narrow streets. A car is recommended to explore all these beautiful sites, however you can also move around by bus or bike within the close by attractions..
