Newly built villa,with 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms fully equipped kitchen,spacious living room and dinning area, with traditional and antique elegant decoration provides everything needed even for long term stays. Sunbathing terraces,verandas with amazing sea view towards Peloponnese coastline will offer hours of relaxing and happy times. 15 min seaside walking to town, or 4 min with local bus or bicycle while nearby mini market and grocery store may provide you almost everything. The space This unique Beachfront -Seaside, 2000 traditionally built villa on 3 levels, is actually located by the sea side on a small semi private quiet beach at the northern side of the island . On the ground/ basement level it has 2 double/bed, 4 twin/bed rooms and one single bed room that are being served with 4 shower/bathrooms. On the first floor it has 2 bedrooms, one twin bedded room and one king /size bed master bedroom ,each room with their own private bathrooms. There are 2 large terraces on the first floor ideal for private sunbathing and 2 other spacious ones on the ground level all of them with fantastic view to the sea and the mainland Peloponnese coast line opposite to Spetses Island. The small beach is literally just few steps away from the house(5-6 meters) and the seafront door through the lower ground terrace leads you easily to the beach without any public road to interfere . This small peaceful beach is occasionally being used by other few holiday makers. On the ground level of the villa, there is a big sunny living room with separate dining area and open fully equipped kitchen. There are antique furniture and fine classic paints on the walls in full harmony with the traditional character of the villa.From any corner of the living room you may enjoy the excellent sea view even from inside the house. From the living room area and on the same level ,four balcony doors will take you to the upper ground covered roof veranda, ideal for open air dinning or simply relaxing with a fantastic view towards the gulf and the Peloponnese coast line .These balcony doors and other windows around the spacious living room area will allow ample of sunlight to enter inside while there is no obstacle towards the great sea view. From the upper ground veranda two stairs lead to the lower ground open air spacious terrace resting on the beach, 4-5 meters from the sea shore .On this ground terrace there are plants and trees taken care by property gardener. There you can get spoiled or relax placidly with hours of sunbathing while having your favorable drinks and snacks , and when you get really hot , just take few steps and jump into the crystal clear waters of the sea in front , no need to curry anything not even your towel or mobile ....! At night, moon bathing or just under the bright stars and by the sea shore, on any veranda or terrace you choose it will offer you a thrilling fully romantic experience. Guest access entire villa will be available for our guests except 2 small rooms at the basement and one on the first floor used as storage rooms for private items . Other things to note Guests shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times. Guests and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guests use the Property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property.
