The studio apartment is ideal for a couple with or without a child, the accommodation consists of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and a small equipped courtyard at the back. The Lemon studio has air conditioning, washing machine, outdoor shower and mosquito nets. There is also a bicycle in the apartment. The space The accommodation has an outdoor area where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors. Beds arrangement: double bed + folding cot Bathroom composition: toilet, bidet, shower Air conditioning: the accommodation is equipped with air conditioning that cools the entire environment Parking space: the accommodation has no parking space, you can park for free on the street BEACHES AND MAIN SERVICES DISTANCES - 600 meters from the beach of Torre Lapillo - 300 meters from the centre of Torre Lapillo - 5 km from the beach of Punta Prosciutto Guest access The property is on the ground floor (built above). Other things to note - Bed linen and towels: the property comes with no bed linen and towels. If you would like to get them during your stay, you can rent it at a cost of: €20 per person per week. - Check-in: we are available for check-in until 8pm; check-in between 8pm and 12pm will incur an extra cost of €20; from midnight onwards will cost an additional €40. - Check-out: the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed) - Rental contract: you will sign the rental contract for your holiday when you check in. - Tourist tax payment: the Comune di Porto Cesareo charges a tourist tax. Please note that this tax is payable on entry into the property; the tax equates to €1 per day (in may, june and september), €1,50 (in july and august) per person and is applied up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
