It boasts a spacious terrace perfect for dining or enjoying an aperitif on summer evenings, accessible from both the living area and the bedrooms. It features three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, a living room, dining area, kitchen, and two bathrooms, one with a wellness area and the other equipped for disabled access.
