Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The space The property includes 4 main bedrooms and an additional private living room that can be converted into a 5th bedroom. This living room is fully enclosed with doors and includes a sofa bed , providing privacy and comfort like a regular bedroom. Please Note: If you would like the living room prepared as an extra bedroom, kindly let us know at the time of booking so we can set it up for your stay. Our promise to you is: - To answer fast on your requests. - Be there for you if you’ll have any problem during your stay. - We do our best on apartment’s cleaning but nobody is perfect. - In order to provide an affordable stay we clean all sheets, pillow cases and towels in the apartment’s washing machine and we don’t ironed them, for that reason we don’t charge cleaning fee, otherwise your stay had to be much more expensive! Guest access About check in: - We don't have a reception desk. - Check in is by appointment and we meet you in person. - We have to be informed at least 2 hours before your arrival ,about the exact time of your arrival, in order to be there for you. (If you are in a hurry and you want to arrive in less than 2 hours you can send us a message here to check how faster you can check in, we answer within 8 minutes 90% of the times) Other things to note All the apartments that we have are in the center of Athens and near to the metro station. Our goal is to provide a budget accommodation to our guests, so we do not charge cleaning costs. In order to keep the cost of your stay low all the sheets and towels are cleaned in the apartment, in the household washing machine and are not ironed. For our particularly demanding guests, it is possible to change the bed linen in front of them (sheets, pillowcases and towels) with sealed brand new sets, which have never been used before. The cost of the above sets is 20 € for each double bed and 15 € for each single bed. (Bed linen should remain in the property upon departure of guests) Registration Details 00002248698
